What to Expect

While visiting Hawaii, we visited a neighborhood that greeted us with this sign.  "If you do not live here, you do not belong here."  Needless to say, we did not feel welcomed or that this was a place we should stay for long.  We do not have these signs posted at Valley View.  We have intentionally created a warm and inviting environment where members and visitors can openly and honestly seek answers to their questions about life and all things spiritual.

Our dress code is casual.  This is not a description of how we view our relationship with God or how we view God.  It is rather an intentional statement of how we view others. We want everyone to feel comfortable visiting our services.  Those who attend Valley view can be found wearing anything from shorts to business casual.

Our worship experience is a mix of powerful worship music and a relevant biblical message.  The music is led by a talented band and worship team.  The style of music is contemporary and similar to what you probably listen to on the radio.  The worship service lasts one hour and you can expect it to begin and end on time.

We also have a great children's program. When you visit please take advantage of our nursery and age appropriate classes.

If you are a first-time visitor, we do not expect you to participate in the offering. VVBC depends on members and regular attendees for giving and keeping our ministry growing.  We do ask that you let us know how we can pray for you by placing your requests on a card (found in your seats) and placing it in the offering.

Stop by First Contact for more information about VVBC and a CD of the morning service.  Also, we have complimentary specialty coffee waiting for you at the Koinos Café.
